I keep plastic bags in all the bath rooms under the sink to put in the trash cans, saves money, good luck.

I use empty "Kleenex" boxes to store my plastic bags in; I have them in my utility pantry on a shelf. I sit them on their side for convenience of stuffing bags and retrieving bags.
