Removing Dried Egg from Egg Poacher

I can't get the dry egg out of my egg poacher wells, any suggestion?

I know if you have burnt on food in pans you can put a fabric softerner sheet in the pan, fill it with water and let it sit overnight and then you can scrub out the pan in the morning. You might want to give this a try - can't hurt!
