Removing Writing from Wine GlassesSusan from Essexville, MI Feedback About This Post:RE: Removing Writing from Wine GlassesFamily Dollar sells a two in a pack sponge white on one side/blue on the other and it specifically removes scuff marks off vinyl flooring. I'll bet it would work on your patent leather shoes and there's no harsh rubbing and the sponge's white side is what you would use. I bought it for the foyer in our church and liked it so well that I keep these sponges in my home too. It doesn't look like it would work, but it's great saving on elbow grease. Post by Lorelei RE: Removing Writing from Wine GlassesHow about nail polish remover? Post By Deb (Guest Post) RE: Removing Writing from Wine GlassesI scraped writing off of some champagne glasses with one of those Red Devil type, one sided blade scrapers. It was very easy. Post by rae ann RE: Removing Writing from Wine GlassesWhat I used once, was Oven Cleaner, the old kind in a jar. It took the printing off slick. Also removed some kind of stickie paper from an Antique Glass door and it worked wonderfully. After a warm water rince, I used Vinegar last. Good luck. Post By Enter your name Barbara (Guest Post) |
