Replacing the Seal in Kitchen Aid Dishwasher

I have an old Kitchen Aid dishwasher that needs a new seal. I purchased a new one but don't know how to replace it. Do I need to remove the door? If so, how?

I'm not sure how to do it myself, but a Web site called repairclinic.com has been very helpful to us. We've fixed our washing machine and our extra freezer using this site. It's really user friendly and a big savings than calling a repairman!
