How do you make banana pudding using Eagle Brand milk and whipping cream?

My mom makes it this way:
1 box instant banana pudding mix (prepare according box directions)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container whipped cream
vanilla wafers
bananas.

It is really rich and is always a hit!
