Go to the vet! You can't diagnose something you can't see. Medical care for your pet is a necessity; not the last thing you provide when all else fails.
Your cat should also be responsibly spayed/neutered and vaccinated. If it isn't already; get it all done in one visit and save some $.

My cat FANCY loses her hair on her back legs at the hip section this time every year. My husband says it's mating season. Then during the fall and winter she always grows it back.

My cat had this & it was allergies. He was allergic to frontline flea control, but they can be allergic to anything. They itch & groom all the hair off their legs & back end.
Have you applied any meds or does your cat have fleas?
