Leftover Turkey IdeasMeatloaf, casserole, stroganoff, stuffed bell peppers, meatballs, chili, burgers, tacos, lasagna, omelets, pot stickers, pizza, mac and cheese, sandwiches and don't forget pot pies, soups and salads ;-) By Deeli from Richland, WA Feedback About This Post:RE: Leftover Turkey IdeasHow long can you safely keep leftover turkey and ham in the refrigerator before freezing it? Post by gilphil RE: Leftover Turkey IdeasFrazzled Leslie, I don't think it sounds gross at all! Hey, better than leftover pizza for breakfast IMHO :-) And you just gave me another idea for turkey leftovers, 'turkey hash' using your three ingredients ;-) Thanks for posting :-) Post by Deeli RE: Leftover Turkey IdeasAlthough it may sound gross, the traditional day after breakfast in my family was turkey, gravy and rice. We loved turkey so much that we had it on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Mom's birthday (Jan 8) and my sister's birthday (Feb 7). Even buying 20 lb turkeys and only having a family of 4 we always had to buy another one for each of these celebrations. Post by Frazzled Leslie |
