Craft: Snazzy Jewelry Display
Materials
InstructionsIn order to hang this on the wall, you need to thread the ribbon through one side of the plastic basket and tie the two ends together with a bow. Be sure to leave enough slack so it will hang on the wall flat. Now thread another piece of ribbon through the opposite side of the basket and with each end secure the chopstick in place with a binder clips, making sure each side is even to ensure the chopstick will hang straight. You can add any extra details to make it beautiful: jewels, puffy paint, bows, etc. Hang it on the wall and stick your earrings through the holes in the bottom of the basket and hang your necklaces off the chopstick. Depending on the quality of your jewelry, you may want to remove one of the binder clips to slide on a necklace. With sturdy necklaces, you can simply loop them through itself on the chopstick, no need to remove the binder clip. By Stella Feedback About This Post:RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayGreat idea. Making one for each of my grand daughters. I'm making each one a different color. Thanks for an easy craft. Post By Babs (Guest Post) RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayI have an idea along the same lines as the chopstick idea at the bottom of this awesomely cool jewelery hanger. You could just use a coat hanger to hang your necklaces on and loop them in the same way as the picture. Post By Anna (Guest Post) RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayBrilliant! Exactly what I need to make for my jewelry! Thank you! :-) Post By sondra (Guest Post) RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayThis is so positively awesome. I am going to hang this in my closet ASAP! Thanks for sharing :) Post By jojo (Guest Post) RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayThis is a great idea, I have some oval shaped baskets like this that would be great, but they are blue. I think I might spray paint mine white or another color to match my decor. Great idea! Post by velmaisqueenus RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayWhat a great idea, and very original! Post by MCW RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayWow! Never thought of that. Good job. Post By Mary Wilson (Guest Post) RE: Snazzy Jewelry DisplayHow clever is that?! What a great idea!
