I had to smile when reading this question. My mother used to bake chocolate chip cookies with bacon grease----i presonally use and 1/2 grease, 1/2 butter when following a chip wrapper recipe
to thsi day my kids refer to them and Grandma Benson cookies---a neat way to remember and honor a granny they were never ble to meet.

HI I DON'T HAVE A COOKIE RECIPE, BUT
TEA BISCUITS MADE WITH BACON GREASE ARE GREAT. JUST SUBSTITUTE THE BACON GREASE.

Hi, You can make any cookie with bacon grease, but it's usually used for highly spiced cookies, such as molasses. The "bacon grease" cookie actually evolved from the use of lard in baking. Watch the salt with bacon grease or the cookie might not be edible. You might want to just use lard or shortening, or my favorite, butter! Good luck to you. Carolyn

heres one i found while doing a web-search:

Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons melted bacon grease or other shortening

Mix well together.
1 tablespoon dry eggs (or 1 fresh egg)
1 teaspoon soda dissolved in 3/4 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal

Stir well and drop off spoon on greased pan and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
