What is the best type and size of roller to use when painting over tongue and groove paneling?

Use a regular roller, but for the cover it depends on what type of paneling you are talking about. I have one wall in each room that was paneled. I have painted them all using a regular roller cover for smooth surfaces with no problem. But if you are talking about painting your shed sided with T-111, you'll need a longer nap cover for "rough surfaces."
