How do I remove yellow build up from my vinyl floor?

Is it build-up or is it permanent? I have some yellowing in certain areas of linoleum in my house also. It is a chemical reaction & won't come off.

Ammonia and water will cut the wax buildup. Get down on hands and knees if you're able to scrub and rinse well. Change water frequently too.
