Removing Furniture Polish Stains from CarpetFeedback About This Post:RE: Removing Furniture Polish Stains from Carpet
i need removing shoe polish Post By samantha (Guest Post) RE: Removing Furniture Polish Stains from Carpet
I dripped Old English brown furniture polish on my light tan carpet. The spots were circular up to 1/4 inch across. I blotted what I could with a white napkin, but the carpet was really stained brown. Having checked this web site, I saw the suggestion to use car mechanics hand cleaner. I bought some and used a cotton swab tip to apply the hand cleaner to the stain. I let it sit for 20 minutes, blotted it up, and used a damp napkin to clean the residue off the carpet. The carpet came absolutely clean! My investment was $1.09 plus tax at Walmart (Multi-Purpose GOOP Hand Cleaner). "Old English Scratch Cover Poster" Post By James Clark (Guest Post) RE: Removing Furniture Polish Stains from CarpetI just spilled half of a bottle of "raspberry blush" nail polish all over my mother's brand new beige carpet. After applying nail polish remover and applying shaving cream proved to be ineffective, I tried my own solution. I found an SOS pad and scrubbed after soaking the pad in hot water. The blue residue it left frightened me even more than the nail polish, but soon after that blue disappeared after I had scrubbed the area with a hot towel. Voila! Post By Enter your name.
