Get some skin so soft from Avon and mix with water you can bath them daily the oil in the sss will kill the fleas but it won't hurt the kittens tender skin. I've had to use it many a time on kittens and puppies and it works.

Dry 20 mule team borax. 2 cups average per room. Colander works well for spreading into carpet and bedding. eggs larvae adults. Need 2 weeks before you vacuum. Natural mined product. rid kittens of fleas first. IN A SAFE MANNER. You won't have fleas breeding in your house for at least a year. Do the best you can to strengthen their immune system. NO No NO corn wheat or soy in their food. Canned Jack mackerel, some tuna (because of mercury in it)Check internet for best commercial food, with no grains, gluten or fillers.
When you see meat products listed be aware rendering plants use euthanize animals from the shelters along with other disgusting and dangerous animal parts (poop included) The euthanasia meds do not dissipate in rendering. Lead from tags, collars, all go to rendering. See the huge vats of dead dogs and cats used. Feed healthy, you will save by not having to vet.
Vaccines destroy the immune system. Contain mercury, aluminum, rotting monkey brains, puss, lots of ugly interesting things. Check vaclib.org. It'll knock your socks off. Much written by doctors that have taken the time to delve into the vaccine question. Written for people but you can only imagine what goes into animal vaccines. Rabies vac required? Check homeopathic Thuja which will lessen danger. Keep your babies at optimum health. It saves lives and money.

Get a flea comb. There is only a little space between the teeth, so you can comb the fleas out. Put a bowl of hot water with a couple drops of detergent in it right by your hand. Comb the kitten and dip the comb in the water to wash off the fleas. You have to keep on doing it every day until you've killed all the fleas. Wash any bedding. I have only done it with one kitten at a time, so I don't know. The easiest way would be to separate them and isolate the flea bearing one(s) until all the fleas are gone. This is time intensive, but you can listen to the radio or other audio while you're doing it. It may take a week, but you won't be poisoning the kittens before their systems can handle the flea poison in sprays or powders. Good luck (and when I did it, I only had to do it once when I combed them every couple of weeks [indoor cat]).
