Use A Low Flow Shower Head To Save Money

If you don't already have one, you should consider getting a low flow shower head. With a low flow shower head, energy use and costs for heating hot water for showers may drop as much as 50%.

Don't bother with low flow

I always use the 'Navy Shower' although I didn't know what it was called. Low flow showerheads are a waste of money. Just turn down the water. Who runs the shower full blast anyway?

You can perform a navy shower.

A navy shower is when you make your self slightly wet under the shower, then rub yourself with soap, turn the shower on again and wash all the soap off. This means that you only use about a minutes worth of water, there by conserving a lot of water.
