Removing Grease From Painted CabinetsSandy from Kenner, LA Feedback About This Post:RE: Removing Grease From Painted CabinetsMurphy's oil soap. I used this on a dresser that came from a heavy smoker's home and it got the sticky residue out. Post by meoowmom RE: Removing Grease From Painted CabinetsSince grease and ammonia combine to make soap, I think that you should give the ammonia a try. If the fumes will work to clean ovens, they should work on this. Post by louel53 RE: Removing Grease From Painted CabinetsTwo thoughts here- either should work; GOO Gone OR WD-40. Yep it's got fish oil in it and it seems to take grease off everything... even white shirts! Post By athomewithmama (Guest Post) RE: Removing Grease From Painted Cabinets
Its a very crazy idea, but I use these baby wipes. Post by Efrs RE: Removing Grease From Painted Cabinets
Pour 1/4 cup ammonia in a 1-quart spray bottle. Fill the rest with water. Post By Jean from MS (Guest Post) RE: Removing Grease From Painted CabinetsI just recently had to do this. I used dish detergent, hot water and a cup of white vinegar. It took a while but they finally came clean. Also Mr Clean sponges seem to work on everything. It wouldn't hurt to try! Post by jediwa72 |
