Krazy Glue on a Kitchen CountertopBy Rene from Moncton, NB Feedback About This Post:RE: Krazy Glue on a Kitchen Countertop
I agree with using the razor blade (like the one you can get to clean windows with the plastic handle). it works great. Just make sure you have a slight angle and are not going to gouge the counter by applying to much pressure or turning to the right or left. In otherwords - keep it square with the counter top. Post by dfroedge RE: Krazy Glue on a Kitchen CountertopKrazy glue also has a remover of it's glue , if the acetone or goo gone doesn't work. If it is a large glue blob try to razer it off first, so just a thin layer of glue is left for the glue dissolvers to work on. Rinse well so the surface is neutral again and won't cause discoloring of the counter top. Jill :>) Post by ScotFinn RE: Krazy Glue on a Kitchen Countertop
Acetone (not non-acetone) nail polish remover. Works like a charm and will not harm your countertops. Post by Deeli RE: Krazy Glue on a Kitchen CountertopThere's a product on the market called goo-gone. It's specifically for removing adhesives. Test first in an inconspicuous area, but it should work. Rinse well afterward. Post by instyles5 |
