Years ago I can remember my father being concerned about neighbor's farming their crops with the use of DDT. He was concerned with the run-off into our gardens and land. I can remember him saying that DDT took a long time to go away as it accumulates for a long period of time before it breaks down. This was way back in the 1950's. Is it possible that DDT is still accumulating today? Surely not! That pretty scary!
