Furniture Repair From ScratchBy Kathy Feedback About This Post:RE: Furniture Repair From ScratchCrayon's and marker's work well on carpeting also. Oh yes, and clothes if you have hemmed them up and need to let them down just look for a matching color in the crayon box to cover the white line left from the hem. However does anyone know how to get this to stay permanently. I have to use the crayon after every wash which is a pain if you are in a hurry to go someplace. Darlene Post By Darlene (Guest Post) RE: Furniture Repair From ScratchMy 3 yr. old took a fork to our tv hutch. I took your advice and used shoe polish. What a great quick fix. The scratches were hidden and I just had to buff the polish. Thanks! Post By l.c. (Guest Post) Ugly Scratch On Wood Furniture?
Look no further than your child's crayon box. Pick the color closest to furniture color. Fill in scratch. Buff with soft cloth and it won't be so noticeable. Post by ThriftyFun |
