Just give them to charity to some other person who is afraid to wash dishes without wearing rubber gloves.

Don't give up on them so easily. You can cut a piece of glove material off the cuff and super glue it over the hole(s). I did this several times over several months before having to admit they were finally unrepairable.

Reusing Old Rubber Gloves

Don't throw away your rubber gloves that get holes in the fingers. Cut them in strips from the wrist part down to the fingers and use them for rubber bands. They're study and don't break. I use them on everything from computer CD holder to keep categories in the holder separated to holding toothpaste, brush, floss etc. togethere while traveling.
