12 Days of Christmas Float Ideas

Any ideas for a Christmas float? The theme is "The Twelve Days of Christmas". This is for a small 4-h group, on a budget.

You say you are a 4H group; why not make up your own 12 days of Christmas? Such as 1 calf, 2 ponies, 3 dogs, etc. I would make the animals smaller as the number increases, so you have, for example, 12 pigeons, and not 12 calves, which would not fit on a float! You can use chickens, ducks, piglets, etc.
