Recently, there was a woman on Rachael Ray. Her name was Stacy Miller, she just finished publishing her new cookbook 101 Recipes Micro Mug cakes. Thought you might be interested. Jeanne from Long island, NY Post by jeannemclarke RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake Mix
The one using plain flour posted by Orangeville Sue works fine. I used a large tapered mug and the cake rose above the edge about 1/3 inch while cooking but did not spill over. A little rubbery texture, but, hey, it's a microwave minute cake. Did not try nuts or choc chips. Instead, sprinkled powdered sugar on it after putting out onto saucer. Consistency somewhere between cake, brownie and sponge cake. Post By Ted (Guest Post) RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake Mix
It's not from a cake mix, but here a chocolate one you can make in 5 minutes using a regular mug. Post By Lizzie (Guest Post) RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake Mix
visit cqproducts.com Post by shirleyamh RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake MixThank you for asking about this. I love simple microwave recipes. This is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Post by Jantoo RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake MixI just made one using Choc. cake mix. Threw in a few roasted pecans before putting in the micro, and it was very good. I have also made them putting in a bit of jam before cooking, just swirling it around a little and they are good too. Post by lavonneann RE: Microwave Coffee Mug Cake Using Cake Mix
