Removing Grout from Ceramic Floor TilesPattie from Bridgton, ME Feedback About This Post:RE: Removing Grout from Ceramic Floor TilesI had the same problem after installing ceramic in my kitchen, I used muratic acid mixed with water to clean it off. Mix it mild 1 cup or so with a gallon of water use a sponge and rubber (chemical proof) gloves. Acid can be purchased in the paint department of your local home center. worked great for me but did darken my light brown grout a little. They also make an acid base grout cleaner, but I have never tried it. Let me know how it works for you kenmoore800 at msn.com good luck! Post By kenneth Moore (Guest Post) |
