I just used a product called "The Works." It also did a great job removing rust stains.

You would be shocked if you take an old toothbrush and some dish soap. No real chemical to mix with. Soap is pretty inert.

Please read my tip on using only white vinegar to kill mold! Your health is at risk every time you use bleach to kill mold!

Chlorine bleach is just as toxic as the mold in many cases. The vinegar leaves behind an acid residue that helps to retard the regrowth of mold as long as you don't rinse it off.

Try bleach and some water, in a spray bottle. Leave it on for a while, let it sit, then rinse.

You could try the following, but no guarantees!
Fat-free plain yogurt.
Fat-free Half-N-Half (available here in the US, don't know if you have it there).

Archived Request: Cleaning Mold & Mildew from Shower?

I am looking for a homemade solution. I'd heard that peroxide gets rid of mold, I think, but don't recall for sure about that.

I don't want to go spending money on Tilex, but want something simple and cheap, that hopefully will work as well! :-) Ann
