Tweeti the Cat
We had had a longtime feline put out of pain and misery and my husband was against getting another and having to grieve for it. Our granddaughter, when about 18, came bringing this cat, who 'allegedly' gave her owner allergies, complete with carrier, toys and 'dining set.' He couldn't refuse her! Tweetie loves to investigate any box or bag; 'help' put together (or take apart) a jig saw puzzle or find, steal and unroll balls of yarn! Though she was not a kitten when she arrived here, we trained her and she knows several tricks. She loves visitors and often perches on a stranger's knee. If you say 'Time for bed' she will wait on the stairs for my husband to go to retire. In fact, if he doesn't, she'll try to herd him upstairs! I agree that she's half Maine Coon/half Persian. Just keep her on lots of water, dry food, like Chef's Blend, and BRUSH HER OFTEN, to prevent hairballs, OR give her the hairball meds in a tube from Hartz. Post By Lynda (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the Cat

I'm so glad that you were able to keep her. There is nothing like a pet to help us get over the grief of losing someone--even another pet. Post By Jennifer B. (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the Catwow, what fabulous green eyes! Post By Kim Ch (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the CatWhat an expressive face he has! Cats can make the most hilarious expressions sometimes. Glad Tweetie found you and a wonderful home he can be loved in. Post By LeAnn (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the CatThat photo is priceless , it should win a price in a photo contest. Post by Lily May RE: Tweeti the CatIt sounds like a match made in heaven for all concerned. I agree with the previous poster who thought she might be at least part Maine Coon. Whatever breed(s) she is, congrats on a wonderful KittyKid! She is gorgeous! Post By Cheryl (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the Cat
Hi Janet Post By Marcia (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the CatThis sounds like as good a match as one made by eHarmony. You both are quite fortunate. Post by the Oracle RE: Tweeti the CatShe is so cute I just want to kiss her!! Post by busymomof4 RE: Tweeti the CatTweeti is quite lovely. I think she looks like she is at least part Maine coon. Does she have a big fulffy tail? We have had two Maine coons find us and they are the best cats. Someone once said they are dogs in a cat suit. What ever breed she is, I hope you have many happy years together. Post By cosmic (Guest Post) RE: Tweeti the CatHI Nett, knew this was you as soon as I saw Tweets name, she is very pretty.
