She likes to play in the water, be it the toilet, water hose or swimming pool. She comes to me and pats and meows when wants outside.

Looks kind of like a Bengal and they love water.
does it have more of a pelt than fur? and spotted like a wild cat?

Well, my cat likes to drink out of the toilet (that's why I keep the lid down!), but I've never heard of one getting in a child's swimming pool before, tho! I thought cats didn't like to get wet. Thanks for sharing your unusual cat, and God bless you.

What a cool cat. I am glad she found your husband at the truck stop. We love cats and frequently say how fun it would be if they liked to play in the pool. So far, none have cooperated with the water sports idea.
Enjoy her, she is very unusual.
