Homemade 45 Calorie Bread

I buy Sara Lee 45 calorie per slice bread and would like a low-calorie, high fiber bread recipe, preferably pocketbook friendly. Does anyone have a recipe similar to the 45 calorie bread mentioned above?

Google Low Calorie Breads. There are lots of sites for information and some recipes.

RE: Homemade 45 Calorie Bread

The reason it's only 45 calories per slice is that it has food grade cellulose in it. This is finely powdered wood pulp, so indigestible that it passes through and doesn't contribute to the calorie count. Good luck!
