Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reg. size)
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions
Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg together. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Serves 8.By Robin from Washington, IA

This sounds like a salad that I make... You could add a little cooked Acini dePepe pasta to this... trust me, it's delicious!
