Scented Bath Milk
Ingredients
- 500 grams full cream milk powder (about 5 cups)
- A handful of roughly crushed dried rose petals
- 7 drops rose essential oil
Directions
Mix milk powder and rose petals together and place them in a pretty wide-necked glass bottle or jar. Add the essential oil and shake well. Insert a scoop for measuring and put lid on bottle or jar. As an added extra, you can sew a beautiful fabric flower onto a hair elastic and place this around the neck of the bottle or jar for tying up long hair before stepping into the bath. Use approximately 50 grams of bath milk per bath (a palmful, or about 1/2 cup)Milk is a wonderful skin softener and the essential oil is very relaxing.
