Mexican Cookie RecipeKaren from Easthampton, MA Feedback About This Post:RE: Mexican Cookie Recipe
This isn't a 'cookie' recipe but a bar recipe instead! Post by SweetCali40 RE: Mexican Cookie RecipeI ended up making Sugar cookies with added Lime zest and juice and I mixed some lime juice with the sugar crystals that I coat the cookies in before baking. I called them Margarita sugar cookies and they were a hit! Also, they were much better than the Mexican wedding cookies that someone else made and brought. I'm a soft cookie person and evidently the other partygoers were as well. Post by kladybug RE: Mexican Cookie Recipe

Mexican Wedding Cookies are delicious. We always called them Russian Teacakes when I was growing up, and I think some people call them Sandies, but they are all the same! Post by jess RE: Mexican Cookie Recipe
I have not made them, but here are some links... Post By Marta (Guest Post) |
