Ha ha funny cat. I had a cat that loved water,
tubs, sinks and showers and her little plastic pool!
I bathed her as a kitten so she loved water.

Looks like the cat is saying, 'Yeah, right, chump. You can towel off and be dry in minutes, I have to lick myself dry and it takes hours!' Cute photo.
