Mini Tool Kit for Glasses

If you wear eye-glasses or sunglasses, you might want to consider purchasing a mini tool kit, just so you can keep the mini screwdriver in your purse or wallet for emergencies, in case you were to have a loose screw on your eye-glasses.

I found my tool kit for my eye glasses at a Dollar Tree. It has extra screws, nose pads, 3 different screw drivers, and a cleaning cloth. And for just a dollar you can buy one for your purse and one for at home. Another tip to help keep the screws from coming out of your eye glasses is to apply a clear coat of nail polish over the screw.

The screws would constantly fall out of my glasses, so I would always be using my mini tool kit for glasses. Finally, one day, I stopped back to where I got my glasses, and they replaced the existing screws with a teflon coated screw. I never had another problem. When I got my new glasses, from another company, they didn't have the coated screws, but they put a drop of "lock-tight" on them and I haven't had any problems with them either!
