What I do is purchase in the fruit section at your grocery store, a bag of strawberry gel like filling, and I cut up strawberries and mix and pour into a baked and cooled pie crust. Top with whipped cream or cool whip, ummmmm, those of you who know of the famous Big Boy restaurants strawberry pie, this is how they do it...
