Removing Incense OdorK from Denver Feedback About This Post:RE: Removing Incense OdorAs a rental property owner, I have removed most odors including incense, pet odors, curry, mold and others by washing the walls with real TSP following the instructions and following up with OdorXit Concentrate. Both require that you read and follow the instructions. Post by odorxit RE: Removing Incense OdorI would open up all windows for a few days and spray around the whole house with Fabreeze. Sprinkle all floors and furniture with baking soda. Let everything sit for a few days and then vacuum it all up. Post by kimmcg RE: Removing Incense OdorIf the odor is that overpowering I'd set a small bowl of ammonia in each room for a couple of days. When the incense fragrance is out of there and the ammonia smell rules, substiute vinegar or bowls of baking soda to freshen the rooms. Post by hsorbits RE: Removing Incense OdorTry putting out several pans of charcoal briquettes, and leave the room closed. I use foil pans. It will take a couple of days but the odor should be gone. You could also sprinkle backing soda on the carpet or floor it will absorb the odor. Post By Linda (Guest Post) |
