Replacing Grape Vines With Fruit and Nut TreesCould I just clear out where the dead/burned vine was and plant something new in it's place? I figured it would also get watered when the vines do. The ground is sandy so I know I would have to add something to the ground before we plant but I don't know what. We live in the California's central valley. Our zone is 9 I believe. Be sure you are willing to go out there and clean it up on a daily basis because if you don't, your property is an open invitation to rats. Post by cookwie |
