Crustless Spicy Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil

Directions

Saute sausage and peppers, until sausage is cooked and peppers soft. Whisk eggs and cream and spices together. Fold into sausage and pepper mixture.

Lightly grease 8-inch baking pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until set.
