Soda Cracker Cake
Directions Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until well blended. Add cracker crumbs, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into a buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool. Cover top with Cool Whip. Then top with thickened pineapple. Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Heat until thickened. Then add the pineapple back to the thickened juice. This can also be used with any kind of fruit and served warm over white or yellow cake.
