Getting Rid of Corn BugsShannon from Danville, Il Feedback About This Post:RE: Getting Rid of Corn BugsI believe these are Asian Ladybugs, and have been a routine pest in different parts of the country every fall for a number of years. They descend like a plague, then go after a short time (4-8 weeks), are difficult to treat, and near impossible to get rid of during infestation. Nobody's had much luck ridding themselves of them and you or your landlord probably won't either. I'd call a university extension office or an exterminator to see if they've had any good results. Unfortunately, chemicals might harm the environment long after the bugs have left. While the landlord could fix the screens, they get in where there don't seem to be any holes, so it won't fully correct the problem. Good luck. Post by susanmajp RE: Getting Rid of Corn BugsI would say that is the landlords problem! He should be taking care of them. Post By Enter your name. (Guest Post) |
