Making Your Factory Oriental Rug Look More Authentic
I have a red/black/cream colored one and I colored in select cream parts of the pattern in BLUE permanent marker to make it look more like my late lamented oriental rug that finally succumbed to the moths! This also works to restore old faded rugs, dealers have been doing it for years. (But don't use it on any rug that might be valuable!)
