If you have already tried to cover/paint over the marker - like I did. You realize that Kilz doesn't work - after 3 coats it still bleeds through. I read on a different thread that grey primer works! I stopped last night and got a can of oil-based grey primer and sprayed one of the areas and it works!! YAY! Now just have the rest of the room to do. :(

I've heard that if you use WD 40 it will remove Permanent markers of clothes so why not walls.

Rubbing alcohol. Takes out most permanent marker stains on virtually anything.
