Removing Mildew in the ShowerMichelle W. from Nevada Feedback About This Post:RE: Removing Mildew in the ShowerDoes anyone know of anything that is NOT HARMFUL TO YOUR HANDS (like bleach) that you can use as a daily shower spray? I don't want to use Tilex or any other commercial product like that. Does diluted vinegar work? I am currently trying to use natural products like baking soda, vinegar and borax. You would be surprised at how bad Clorox is for you. It is actually a poison developed in the World War I. You would be amazed at what a good pot scrubber baking soda is! To help prevent mildew in the a shower/tub area, figure a way to keep the wet shower curtain pinned away from the side of the tub. Post By Anne (Guest Post) RE: Removing Mildew in the Shower
For me, Tilex Professional Mildew Remover has worked the best. You can get it at Home Depot. Regular Tilex just doesn't seem to work as well. Post by Puddintane RE: Removing Mildew in the Shower
Do you have a fan in your bathroom? If not, you might consider installing one (to pull out the moisture) Post by luvmygingerkids |
