I just made this for christmas gifts and I saved some for myself, because it really makes your skin feel soft........loved it!!!

Good idea. I made a white hand cream years ago with soybean oil and something else, heated over the stove. It came out really well, but then I lost the recipe. I like this one because you don't have to use the stove.

Sounds wonderful, but it should be noted that combining this with a mixer, unless it is one that you DO NOT use for food prep, would not be the best or safest idea, as baby lotion and vitamin E cream especially are not meant to be taken internally and might end up there if you used your kitchen mixer. I would get a cheapie somewhere and use it ONLY for the preparation of this hand cream or other cosmetics.
