Charlie (English Bulldog)

English Bulldog named Charlie who is 2 yrs old. He loves chairs, it started with the kitchen chairs, but now everytime I take him anywhere he just sits on a chair like he's a person. Other people thinks we are both crazy, dogs apparently don't belong on chairs, but don't tell Charlie this. He won't believe you.

I have a Bully too. Lady. Maybe you've seen our posts. She used to be our couch potatoe! She has bad knees so furniture is no longer an option as she can't jump or climb. Sadly she's not even five yet! She has numerous health issues but we all cope with it. She's doing the best coping! She talks and is with us everywhere. Especially because of her health. Our Lady is quite human, she's family. Like a sister, daughter. She sleeps all stretched out on a crib matress. If she could climb/jump she'd be up on the bed and couch. I know what you mean, Bullies are so determined. Have you seen Tyson the skateboarding bulldog? Go to Tysontheskateboardingdog.com It is incredible!
Charlie is adorable! I'm glad he lives with you! You allow him to be his own self. Lucky him!

Charlie is VERY handsome. I am a Bully owner I believe that Charlie certainly deserves to sit on chairs anywhere he wants. There is nothing like the snorting, snoring of my girl Cindy. As bulky as she is, she is just as bright & intuitive. She regularly barks to tell me that the one of the cats wants to be let inside.......she is a total mother hen. I have bottle fed many kittens & she is so gentle & accepting. I don't know if I would want to ever do with out a bully.

Charlie is so lucky to have you. I have enjoyed 2 English bullies myself. Sadly they are waiting for me in doggy heaven now. Redbud lived a short 6 1/2 yrs and his son Doodad live a ripe old 11 years.
Bullies can make so many expressions ! Mine both liked to suck (nurse) on stuffed toys. Their snoring was like a lullaby for my hubby and me. I really miss them.
Edie , mommy of Annie the Mutt now
