When Making Cookies, Cook Half and Freeze HalfBy Tracey from Hibbing, MN Feedback About This Post:RE: When Making Cookies, Cook Half and Freeze HalfFlash freezing means to first spoon the dough onto the pan as if you were going to bake the cookies. Next place pan in the freezer and freeze until the dough is stiff and wouldn't stick together (usually 1-2 hrs or so). Then remove the frozen balls of dough and place in a freezer bag or other container. This way you can take as many or as few unbaked cookies out at a time to bake. You can even bake from frozen state by adding a few minutes to bake time. Post by tthompson RE: When Making Cookies, Cook Half and Freeze Half
