Sweetie Mae (Golden Retriever)
She loves to play with my 4 kids, play tug-o-war, and chase balls and empty bottles By Kristi from Deer Park,TX Feedback About This Post:RE: Sweetie Mae (Golden Retriever)
She is a beauty! Goldens, and all large breeds, tend to be puppies in behavior for 2 years. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Just be gentle and firm with her and she will learn. Positive reinforcement is the best way to train these dogs. I have a lab/golden mix and she is about 90 lb. Their size can vary. Some smaller goldens are around 60 lb. I knew someone who had the biggest golden ever measured, he was 160 lb! Don't think Sweetie will ge that big though. Give her a hug and kiss for me.
