Dog Getting Parvo Shot After Having Parvo

My 6 month old Border Collie cross Bull Terrier came down with Parvo on Monday of last week. She was hospitalized immediately. Now she is back to herself; I got to take her home Thursday. I am still giving her the remaining antibiotics. Her last antibiotic will be today.

She is due for her first Parvo shot tomorrow. Will this kill her? To see her like she was last week was upsetting enough, and stressful for her too. Will this vaccine cause the virus to flare up again? A friend had this happen to them where their dog got better, then he vaccinated the dog and it died.
