Teach Your Kids About Saving Money with Coupons

To teach teens to save money allot one day each month for one full year to reward the teen each time they take the initiative to save money.

Reward them with an coupon.

Use the entertainment book coupons or coupon card to reward them with a 2 for 1 entree, discount movie tickets or savings on some other event.

Give them the money for the event and encourage them to take a friend along using the coupon to cover the friends expenses.

The greater the savings your teen has made for frugality and thriftiness the greater the reward can be. From a meal at a local restaurant to a trip to a theme park.

Use the coupon or coupon card so your teen can take a friend along.

In time they will get in the habit of using coupons when having to spend money on entertainment while helping others to learn how to cut back on needless expense.

RE: Teach Your Kids About Saving Money with Coupons

The Entertainment books are wonderful! We buy one for ourselves and each of our grown kids every year for an early Christmas gift! We save at least 60 bux using the grocery coupons alone and our kids love the fast food coupons.
