How about cutting the spout area off of a single-serving plastic soda bottle, then gluing the flattened twist ties in a spiral pattern on the sides. You now have a desktop pencil holder! (when I was a kid we covered a frozen orange juice can with string -- same principal, updated!)

Use a plastic gallon jug from milk or water, cut the sides and then punch holes on the left side of two pieces of the plastic. Cut out paper pages to fit into your plastic covers. Punch out holes in the paper to match covers. Use the twist ties to put it all together to make a "journal" or "album". You can cut lettters and pictures from cereal boxes or food labels and glue them on to your new journal.

How about a bird feeder made from a plastic frozen entree dish. Punch three holes equidistant around it and make 3 chains out of the twist ties by making loops and linking them together. Link 1 chain in each hole, bring the 3 chains together in a loop, fill with birdseed and hang from a tree or nail. This also works with frisbees, so advertsing frisbees not in use can be used the same way!

heres a cheesy idea, use the six pack pop holder to make a bracelet, can do a search on google recycled plastic crafts
