Free Printable Cards or E-cards

Does anyone know of sites that allow free printing of cards or E-cards? I know there must be some. I'm new at this. Also are there sites that have just friendly chat among cleancut adults NOT LOOKING for anything but good conversation? Get that EMPTY NEST SYNDROME sometimes and it's hard to make civil conversation with the family dog.

IF you read what he said, he mentions PRINTABLE cards so I don't think Halmark's free email "E-Cards" exactly fit that bill, nor do most of the other ones listed and American greeting charges now. (for printables)

dover publishing has old-fashioned e cards (including holidays) and MOMA The Museum of Modern Art in NYC has nice photos/art ones - all FREE.

When joining groups I've found its best to join one where you all have a common interest, e.g. frugal living, patchwork, slow cooking, gardening or other hobbies. In most of these groups, unless stated that its a strictly for on topic posts, there is usually still lots of general conversation and they are also often moderated, meaning people who cruise groups looking for something other than good clean fun will be spotted and weeded out!

I am in groups for home organisation and support, (an off shoot of Flylady), frugal/simple living, gardening, permaculture and some to do with my job. My groups are mainly Australian so not much use to you :-)

Start off slowly with an introduction to see how friendly people are and pretty soon you will get to know the regular posters and find out if it is the sort of group you want to get involved with - you can always unsubscribe if its not what you want. Yahoo has many on line groups and you can search for subjects you are interested in.

Go to google.com and do a search for: free printable e-cards and you will find a wealth of many links.

Here is a link for Yahoo chat groups:

You can browse the categories and maybe find one you would like to join to chat, or you can start your own group. If you don't have a Yahoo account, it's very easy to sign up for one.

www.Care2.com has free E-Cards I belive they want you to regester but this is also free, it is a good site!
