Converting Bread Recipes For Use in a Bread MachineThanks, Karen from Oklahoma Feedback About This Post:RE: Converting Bread Recipes For Use in a Bread Machine
The general formula for a bread machine is 3 cups of flour and 1 cup of water,1 1/2 of the small measuring spoons of salt, 2 or 3 of the big measuring spoons of oil and 1 or 2 big spoons of sugar/honey .Yeast I use 2 small spoons of dry or 2 big spoons of fresh or fresh granulated. After that you can add extras like flax seed, wheat germ, bran, raisins, etc to about 1/3 measuring cup (total) Post By kiwi eema (Guest Post) RE: Converting Bread Recipes For Use in a Bread Machine
