This is a wonderful; earth friendly x-mas decoration. Have you ever sprayed them with adhesive spray or dipped in non-toxic craft glue and then sprinkled with glitter? They would look lovely hanging around the overhang on a porch. Glistening and glittering like icicles. Very creative! Post By SpookyC (Guest Post) RE: Christmas Decoration with Postal Foam BeadsHello, can the gal who made these postal foam beads email me? I'd love to buy some of these. My email is precioustaylor AT stjoelive.com thanks. Donita. Post By Enter your name. (Guest Post) RE: Christmas Decoration with Postal Foam Beads
I did mine in a single strand and then painted gold and silver and used them as garlands on the tree.... Post by Steamer RE: Christmas Decoration with Postal Foam BeadsCool, what a great decoration!! I strung the peanuts and then paintd them with gold and silver spray paint (do this outside and in a place where the paint won't be blown onto the car, etc!)then used them as garlands on the tree. Looked great. Post by Steamer RE: Christmas Decoration with Postal Foam Beads
What a neat idea...and this type of recyling is my kind of crafts. Also something the kids can make. I believe in getting the kids involved in crafting. Keeps them out of mischief, and helps to develop self esteem and pride in accomplishments. You cannot start this early enough. Post by Harlean from Arkansas |
